WHY WE PLACE MUCH IMPORTANCE TO THE SMALL DETAIL

During doping controls it is the small detail which can have a major impact with detrimental consequences. The client and the athlete rely 100% on the result, so it is imperative that we place our trust in the most experienced Doping Control Officers (DCO’s) and Blood Collection Officers (BCO’s).

Over 60 DCO’s (doctors by profession) and BCO’s in our network have already performed thousands of controls in the field of professional football and can therefore boast many years of experience. New employees are trained thoroughly and accompanied by an experienced DCO during their first mission.

IT IS OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTROL THE CONTROLLERS

All our controllers enjoy on-going internal professional development – they attend workshops under the auspices of laboratory professionals and doctors which includes practical sessions and tests. In addition, regular tests by experienced supervisors safeguard the quality.

Through our own feedback system: evaluation forms inform us on the quality of these spot checks and the samples from the perspective of the investigating laboratory.

Our DCO’s have access to our internal internet platform which entails relevant information and the latest news. An e-learning tool is currently in process ensuring the continuous development of our employees.

Certification DIN EN ISO 9001 since 2015. Certificate
